Blue Ties
I got this picture from one of my old parchment craft mags and decided to scan it and print it onto some blue vellum. I inked on the back in white pen behind the ties so they stood out.
I used my parchment star tool around the edge
Then I matted onto black card and then blue card added 2 pieces of ribbon across the centre and some gems. this a very slim card but perfect for the picture.

Thank You
A couple of thank you cards
No 1 :-the blossom is from my beautiful "Easter Blossoms " from Stampin Up I used distress markers :-Shabby Shutters & Barn Door brushed the colour on to the stamp with the brush end of the marker then I gently breathed on it and stamped 1st generation and 2nd . I repeated this on the tag. the bookplate is from "Tim Holtz movers and shapers" tag & bookplates added pearls I stamped thank you onto tag the butterflies are Cheery Lyn dies
the second card I used "Poppy" die from Memory Box . I placed the die on cream card stock and cut out shape I placed red card behind ...the side is a Stampin Up Edgelits die and I used a stamp from my set of Hampstead "A Warm Welcome" which just matched the die, added a thank you sentiment from my stash

Bunches of Tulips
Card made using Tulip stamp free with no 9 Creative Stamping Magazine
I used the resist stamp effect pg 26 a great idea.
I stamped four images in each corner to create a background
then using a white wax crayon I coloured the flower heads then I used ink to distress using kitchen roll to buff off the colour you end up with a two toned tulip
I diecut 2 pieces of white card using the Stampin Up Framelits Labels stamped my tulips using the same method added some faux stitches with a black fine liner and the sentiment from the same set.
